DDP MapBook drop down list of index pages

DDP Mapbook should list all available pages in its dropdown list; and/or show an index overview map to select pages needed for printing or exporting. A better approach would be to include a dockable (non-modal) window listing available pages, with thumbnails (optional), scale and rotation info, etc., for selecting multiple pages to print or export.

For a bonus, allow for viewing muliple pages at a time!!!!
