Parcel Editor Snapping Outside the Fabric

It would be very helpful to have the ability to snap to features outside the Parcel Fabric while editing with Parcel Editor.

When editing a fabric the ability to snap to other feature classes, not only existing points within the fabric, would be very useful.
Sometimes you have an external feature class that might contain points that do not exist within your fabric. It would be very handy to have the ability to snap to these features to create new parcels within the fabric. Currently the only points you can snap to are the existing fabric points.
