Update Idea statuses more frequently; esp. when publicly declaring something to be Under Consideration

• Update Ideas in a timely fashion to match publicly stated intentions, etc. For example, the pre-conf Q&A for the 2012 Int'l UC states the following:
  
  "Q: I would like to use full ArcGIS at home; can Esri include this as part of its home use program?
  Yes. Esri is modifying its home use program to include ArcGIS for Desktop Advanced."
  
  That's terrific. But the following relevant idea does not have a status of Under Consideration or Implemented:
  
  Offer ArcGIS for Home at ArcEditor (Standard) license level--not just ArcView (Basic)

  I leave it as an exercise to the reader to guess how many other Ideas have stale statuses. Hopefully not many. But who knows based on the above.
