Add "Open Map" from ArcGIS Server Services Context Menu in ArcCatalog

As a ArcGIS Server Administrator I would like to be able to open a Map document that is referenced in a Map Service via the ArcCatalog Map Services content menu so that I can quickly make changes to a map without having to view the Map Document path and then launch ArcMap.
