Allow ArcGIS to read GPS receivers through a USB interface

Merged
Most modern GPS receivers only have a USB interface to allow for data upload to a computer. ArcMAP only allows a serial interface for data upload. I do not know of any modern receivers that have a serial interface; moreover, new laptops don't even have a serial port. This functionality should be added to ArcMAP immediately. Google Earth allows this in its free version.
